I really enjoyed lunch at Frencheez. I got the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and my boyfriend got 2 Michigan and fries. We actually came for brunch but we’re interested in lunch and luckily they had a decent amount of lunch items. The French fries were amazing, they were so good. The burger was delicious. I liked the Michigan hot dogs as well. We got some chicken noodle soup broth for my son and it was so good, I’ve never had chicken noodle soup with so much flavor. The kids area was so cute, my son had a blast playing there. They had cartoons on an old looking tv with a flat screen in it. It was really cool. I enjoyed the decor it definitely has a 70’s theme. Our waitress was in 70’s clothes it was very cool. If we ever happen to be in the area again we will definitely be back.

Stopped in for lunch after a 5K race in Fairfax, VT. I had the Tzatziki Chicken Salad and my husband had the Cowboy Burger! Both were outstanding! Fresh and flavorful and meat was cooked perfectly! Cool vibe too!

Went for Mother’s Day food and service was amazing. 10 out of 10! Loved the Mothersday menu. Was quick. Margaritas were fantastic. Food was phenomenal. The Bang Bang shrimp tacos were the best I have ever had (and I have eaten a lot of fish tacos ha ha)

Stopped in Sunday evening and had the pulled pork Mac & cheese and it was delicious. Waited on right away & with a great attitude. Love the glass front of the building and decorations.

We went to this restaurant for the first time. What a great find! We ordered a bunch of burgers, onion petals, Mac and Cheese, and chicken salad (takeout order). Excellent food! Generous with condiments, napkins, plastic ware. We will be back! Thank You!

Frencheez, one of the newest local restaurants in Rouses Point, truly deserves the 5-stars. We like to support local and the owners are just that! The food is delicious, the portions are spectacular, their hospitality is 2nd to none, and the atmosphere is just amazing. I’ve dined and ordered from Frencheez twice in the past week and let me tell you why this place deserves the 5-stars it’s receiving. Let’s start with the food; I had dinner with my father who recently told me about Frencheez. Pictured below, we ordered Happy Hour (ends at 6PM, not sure when it starts) Poutine, as an appetizer. That was honestly spot-on poutine when compared to French-Canadians in MTL. It was robust and rich in flavor. Next up I ordered the Totally Taco Bowl and my father had the Pulled Pork Nachos. Awesome presentation on both. And just look at those portions man...if you leave here hungry it’s your own fault. Nonetheless, we both finished our meals, barely, leaving full and happy. Their logo is a fries mascot, and I’ll be frank, the fries are banging! Also pictured, Philly ‘Dilla for lunch the next day, fire. Secondly, service we had Shannon serve us, she’s a local and was attentive and catered to our needs (which wasn’t much we hope). She was friendly and had a radiantly positive energy. In addition, the food and bevs came out relatively quickly. Lastly, the atmosphere is 70’s style and when you walk in, I can imagine it’ll remind you of those times. There are plenty of 4-chair tables and booths to dine at or even post up at the bar & high-top seating on the other side, with select drinks, spirits and TV’s. Other things: Located on Lake Street right-hand side if you’re coming from VT/CAN or left-hand side coming from NY/Stewart’s (next to Ray’s Appliances). Their bathroom is clean and the light to it is on the. They have select domestic & other beers, mixed drinks/cocktails, or even hard spirits if that’s your game. You can smell what they’re cooking in the kitchen. In my opinion, this has got to be the best restaurant in town. Getting the most bang for your buck, great service, and everyone is extremely friendly. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I spoke with the owner, Brandie, when I was picking up my lunch, and it’s great to hear her story; locals opening up a restaurant locally. #EatLocal #SupportLocal If you’re ever driving through Rouses Point, want to grab a quick bite/drink, or walking through our beautiful, quaint, town, then Frencheez is the place you need to visit! Thank you for lunch and dinner, we will be back again!

The food is great! Many dishes are hand tossed. The French fries have such a great taste, you don’t even need ketchup! I’m not a rice bowl eater but my granddaughters are and they love them. These dishes are hand tossed, presented beautifully and taste as good as they look. The Hostess and waitresses are friendly and accommodating. Glutinous free desserts are scrumptious tea cakes so good! The owners are creative and work hard to perfect this business. Starting a new Restaurant from scratch has many challenges and they certainly are handling them as they move forward. The atmosphere is fun, creative and inviting. The 70,s feeling is a plus! As a daughter of a Restaurant owner most of my life, these owners and staff are definitely on top of what a customer wants.
